About Observant Solutions, LLC

Observant Solutions is a small Limited Liability Company (LLC) located in Titusville, PA. Their mission is to provide professional software solutions that directly meet business needs. Observant Solutions has over 10 years experience designing, maintaining, and coding professional data management systems and websites, as well as experience in project management, training, technical writing, and business analysis.

Observant Solutions hoped to stimulate growth in the area and increase the quality of life to the area's residents by providing these services. It is their belief that web technologies can be used to bring successful awareness to the local businesses and public entities. In addition, Observant Solutions also believes that providing software solutions to small companies in need of operational automation and database automation will help these companies lower internal costs in order to combat the region's economical disadvantages.

It became apparent that simply providing an opportunity to purchase these solutions to further the growth of the community was not enough. Because of the areas distinct economical disadvantage, a need for funding these web technologies for the local businesses and entities became evident. Observant Solutions, being just a small business facing the same economic climate of the region, could not afford to volunteer their services, thus the Observant Community Onboard Program was born.

The vision of this program is to stimulate growth in the area and increase the quality of life to the area's residents by using software solutions that bring successful awareness to local businesses and public entities and help small businesses lower internal costs while bettering their operations.

The primary focus presently of the program is a pilot in which it raises funds to develop and implement five websites for five local businesses and/or government entities. The hope is that this project's small success can be built on for larger projects in the future along the same vein.

Part of this collaboration includes Observant Solutions offering portions of their services in kind in the spirit of the cause. In addition, Observant will collect information as the pilot project progresses to help analyze the benefits in hopes that their belief will be proven.

Observant Solutions hopes this program will grow and expand becoming more and more effective in helping the community grow culturally and economically, and raising the quality of life in the residents of the area.
