OCOP's Vision

Observant Community Onboard Program [OCOP] has a vision. This vision is to stimulate growth in the area and increase the quality of life to the area's residents by using software solutions that bring successful awareness to local businesses and public entities and help small businesses lower internal costs while bettering their operations.

The program will be a series of projects achieving this vision. With each project finishing, another one will be planned based on the successes and lessons learned of the previous. The idea here is to have everyone benefit while bringing technology into this area.

The main focus currently, is the pilot project which will create five local websites and up the amount of professional website representation Titusville, PA has available on the internet.
